ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Love After Love offers free standard shipping for all orders over $350 within Australia excluding products listed below. For shipping of all orders under $350 within Australia, Love After Love charges a flat shipping rate of $15, excluding the pieces below. Your order will be trackable with a unique tracking number emailed to you once your parcel has been collected from our studio.

 CUSHIONS & OTHER LARGE ITEMS:

We have done the hard work for you and sourced beautiful infills for all cushions & dog beds available to purchase on the website. However, this does mean that our cushions & dog beds are classified as a “bulky item” and must therefore attract an additional shipping charge of $12.50, for a total of $27.50. Other large or bulky goods are those that do not fit into a standard Australia Post large mailing box. Cushions and other large items do not qualify for free shipping for this reason.

LIGHTING: 

Our lamps have been lovingly crafted using antique and vintage bases with new shades. Our lamps are therefore considered fragile and bulky and to ship them safely to you, incur a flat shipping rate of $70. They are not eligible for free shipping promotions for this reason. 

PICK-UP FROM PADDINGTON STUDIO: 

If you are based in Sydney, we would love to meet you! Simply select "pick-up" in the checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected. Our studio address is:

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Your shipping will be automatically estimated in the checkout. We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier to most countries as they tend to be cheaper than other global courier options. If the actual shipping quote to your country is more than the estimate we will contact you to discuss the difference before the order is accepted. Local duties and customs costs are not included and if applicable remain the responsibility of the recipient. If required we can obtain other quotes from DHL
