Vintage Tree Of Life Candelabra ; Leaves and Flowers

It’s getting harder and harder to find these beautiful old Mexican Tree of life Candelabras, given their age scarcity and fragility; so we were thrilled to find this beauty. 

Hand-crafted out of moulded clay and wire, Arboles de la Vida’s are beautiful examples of Mexican Folk Art. Typically they depict religious and cultural elements through intricate figures that work together to tell a story. Poetry in Pottery, you might say. We just adore them as objects de art.

This one wears its age gracefully and arrived with one broken leaf which our LAL elves have repaired. As depicted. It features flowers and leaves in an earthy muted palette of terracotta ochre, green and blue. Back is plain cream and has a makers mark PXX. It looks incredible back with our candlesticks in natural, blue or sage.
