Back Story

 

A wonderful ancient piece sourced from one of Australia's most renowned collectors of South East Asian Ceramics. This Khmer Stoneware Honey Pot features incised concentric ring motifs & deep brown glaze. Being from the 12th Century, this piece is in remarkable condition given it's nearly 900 years old. Some slight abrasions and losses to glaze consist with age, as per photographs
