Antique Davidson Glass Comport

This beautiful antique comport or pedestal bowl is in excellent condition and was made in England by George Davidson & Company. Featuring a beautiful diamond pattern, the top surface is hallmarked with its UK design registration number.  

Condition. The comport is in excellent antique condition. As can be expected with an item of this age there are fine scratches from utensils and wear on the glass surface, but these are not obvious unless the bowl is closely inspected. There are a few small air bubbles in the glass left over from the manufacturing process. There has been no discoloration of the glass which remains perfectly clear, and there are no chips in the glass.
