Antique Glass Bowl Set

This beautiful antique glass bowl set is an example of early American pattern glass. The pattern features repeating feather or palm leaves around a central star motif. The edges have a smoothed off sawtooth shape. 

Condition. The bowl is in excellent antique condition. As can be expected with an item of this age there are fine scratches from utensils and wear on the glass surface, but these are not obvious unless the bowl is closely inspected. There are a few small air bubbles in the glass left over from the manufacturing process. There has been no discoloration of the glass which remains perfectly clear, and there are no chips in the glass. There are some small internal stress fractures towards the rim of the bowl.
