Antique Napoleon III Glass Trinket Casket

Why we love it - 

This precious petite glass jewellery box, dating from the Napoleon III era (1850's), features a hinged lid and crimson fabric lining. Given its incredible age it is in wonderful overall all condition with the exception of the front left leg sitting slightly off plumb, which doesn’t affect its aesthetic appearance or function.
