Antique Nouveau Royal Doulton Candlestick Pair

A stunning pair of rare Royal Doulton Lambeth Candlesticks Circa 1900 in perfect condition.  Decorated in Art Nouveau Style in a palette of mottled cream, brown, black and green, with foliate detail extending to the underside of the cups as well. An incredibly elegant shape, with its rounded raised foot, supporting a slender stem that narrows before broadening to the cup holder; this very special pair were decorated by renowned artist Linnie Watt, who joined Doulton’s Lambeth studio in 1875. Dimensions: 24cm high x 12cm diameter at top, 14cm at the base.
