Vintage Canvas and Leather Trunk

Dimensions : Approx. 54cm long, 31cm wide, 30cm high.  (2 available, sold individually)

This beautiful old trunk with leather strapping has loads of character and patina. Lined with grey canvas fabric it is in ‘perfectly imperfect’ condition, wearing its age graciously.  Please note the leather strapping is worn and some of the studs are rusted or missing in places and should be considered decorative elements as opposed to functional. 

Why we love it:  We love a vintage trunk. The styling possibilities, the nostalgia they evoke; the charm; the storage options. There is so much to love. A good vintage trunk is not only rich in character but history as well. 
Some practical ways to style these beauties include using them for storage; to store for example blankets, toys or books. They can be styled as coffee table or used as a layer in your home décor.  We use a stack of them at home as bedside tables and adore the personality they add to our home.
