Aside from being one of the most requested pieces when we’re sourcing, birdcages and birds in general are long held passion for us at Love After Love and we adore this vintage beauty. Gently patinaed and in good condition (as per the pictures), commensurate with its age, its hinged base has been newly restored.

We have one at home that we’ve hung from the ceiling and filled with trailing foliage, which evokes the most beautiful eclectic ambience. They also look amazing styled on side boards with unlit candles inside or atop of bookcases, left empty to allow the light to shadow through its lovely lines. Some pieces are harder to part with than others and this is definitely one of those!!
